Privacy and data protection

We collect only the information you choose to give us when you use a form on this site, such as an enquiry, a course registration or a brochure request. That is typically your name, email address, phone number and organisation, together with any details you add about the training you are interested in.

We also measure how the site is used, for example which pages are visited, with a privacy-friendly counter that sets no cookies on your device and does not store your IP address. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you as an individual.

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and confirm course availability and fees
• process a registration and issue an invoice and certificate
• send you the specific materials you requested, such as a course outline
• improve the content and performance of this website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing without your consent.

When you send an enquiry it is recorded in our own database so that our team has a reliable record to respond from, and a copy is emailed to us. The record holds only what you typed, together with the date and time. It is not linked to the website usage counter described above, and no IP address is stored with it.

Access to those records requires a password and is limited to LTC Consultants staff. We use trusted service providers to run this site, hold the database and deliver your enquiry by email. These providers process the information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Some operate servers outside South Africa, in which case the transfer is protected in line with POPIA. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Enquiries sent through this website are kept for two years and are then deleted automatically. Where we have gone on to do business with you, we keep the records we are required to keep for legal and accounting purposes, and no longer. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
